Bellingen Shire Council invites everybody to help Celebrate NAIDOC Week 2009 at the Bellingen library. 
Program includes:

 

10.00am - Welcome to Country by Uncle Tom Kelly and address by Mayor Mark Troy
10:05am - Barbara Weaver of Dorrigo
10:15am - Smoking Ceremony – Uncle Reg Davis 
10:30am - Gumbaynggirr Elders Choir  
11.00am- Morning Tea
